Semantigon

Semantigon is an incremental word game where you build chains across a hex grid and score them by semantic similarity. Place words between paired generators, run the board to collect lucidity and essence, then spend those resources on new words, grid expansions, modifiers, extra generator pairs, and new grids.

The core loop is about arranging related words efficiently, improving your chain payouts, and slowly turning a small language puzzle into a larger optimization system. As you progress, you unlock more categories, stack bonuses like diversity and weave effects, place essence cells for secondary income, and trade board space for passive scrap production with refiners.
